Women & Sex
Women like to talk about sex
Throughout my years of being in the same studio, teaching seven days a week, I have trained thousands of people who are all unique and bring different things to the table of life.
Most of these people that I have trained are women. While they all have different needs, opinions, values, upbringing, and outlooks, there are certain things that, when you bring it up, women love and need to talk about. One of these things is sex. I have noticed that when I bring up the topic of sex, there is floodgate of questions, admissions, information, and desire to share and learn. No matter how reserved or open a woman may be, sex is a topic that intrigues every woman.
And why shouldn’t it? Gone are the days when talking about sex was raunchy and classless. Gone are the days when one was scared to talk about their partners, preferences, and tips. The days of sharing, understanding and acceptance are here so that no woman should feel ashamed to talk about her sexual pursuits. Married or single, any sexual presence or orientation should feel heard and empowered to ask questions without being judged or ridiculed.
My studio has become a haven for women. Along with the utmost confidentially, women walk in to my studio and they share their lives with me. While I am getting them stronger, they share their fears, successes, and obstacles. They talk about taboo topics like sex because there’s nothing or no one that’s going to make them feel ashamed. The result is an ongoing conversation, the sharing of information that educates and empowers everyone. It even amuses everyone. So, talking about sex is healthy, vital, and well received by everyone!
