Pilates Class

With a maximum of six people per class, each class incorporates cutting edge principles of training  to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and functional movement. Every class is designed to include integrative and unilateral work.  No two classes have ever been alike for any group! 

Pilates Private Group Classes

With a maximum of six people per private group, these classes are often designed by groups of freinds, but additions are welcome. We continue to incorporate cutting edge principles of training  to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and functional movement with a keen focus on each individual’s growth, current limitations, challenges and personal goals.  No two classes have ever been alike for any group and everyone is often pleasantly suprised!

Private Lesson

Private sessions are designed and tailored to the individual student and the student’s needs or fitness goals. Each private session includes strengthening, balance, flexibility and corrective exercise.  Attention is focused on correction of compensatory movements and inefficienct movement patterns. Each student becomes aware, mindful and inspired to become a stronger version of themselves!
